For anything about an order, include the Gumroad order number and the email address you used at checkout.

Orders and delivery

Files are delivered instantly by Gumroad, our merchant of record. If a download link has not arrived within a few minutes of paying, check your spam folder for the Gumroad receipt, then email us with the order number.

Refunds

Licence and custom terms

The shipped licence is on the Licence page. For terms it does not cover (multi-studio use, source hand-off to a client, exclusivity), email and ask.
